QUICK NICKEL RELEASE TEST After extensive research by their established team of nickel experts The Birmingham Assay Office has developed a new, inexpensive, Quick Nickel test to offer customers a fast, accurate and low priced option to determine whether items will comply with the legislation. The Quick Nickel test accurately identifies items which would definitely pass BS EN 1811 and comply with the UK Nickel regulations. The test is UKAS accredited and can be completed within three days at a very low price.

NICKEL CONTENT DETERMINATION – results usually within three working days. This is no longer recognised by the legislation but may be a valuable component of a due diligence programme.
N.B. Where possible results will be provided for each of the various components from which the article is manufactured, provided it can easily be dismantled without damage to any part.
